Co-Owner/General Manager

Ted Holmgren is a co-owner and general manager of Success on the Spectrum of Mesa. He holds a Master of Accountancy degree and a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Brigham Young University. Ted's career began in public accounting. In 2010, he owned and operated an in-home senior caregiving company, Home Care Assistance of Chandler and Scottsdale, for over a decade. He took an interest in Autism several years ago after seeing a story on the TV news show “60 Minutes.” The program highlighted adults with Autism and companies that value and seek out their skills and talents. He was also inspired by extended family that experience Autism. Ted is married, has three children, and grew up in the Salt Lake City area.

Casey
Clinical Director

Casey is an accomplished BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) with extensive experience in the field of Autism services and applied behavior analysis. As our Clinical Director, Casey has a proven track record of leadership and expertise in clinical operations. With over 10 years of prior BCBA experience, Casey has honed skills in supervision, program development, and collaborative practices. He has also been instrumental in coordinating behavior intervention programs, training therapists, and conducting comprehensive functional behavior assessments. Casey’s educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from UCLA, a Master's degree in Special Education and Teaching from California State University-Dominguez Hills, and specialized training in Applied Behavior Analysis from the Florida Institute of Technology. With a commitment to improving the lives of individuals with Autism and a strong foundation in clinical practice, Casey Bradford continues to make significant contributions to the field.

Valerie
Office Manager

Valerie comes as a seasoned professional with a solid educational foundation and extensive experience in operations management and applied behavior analysis. She currently serves as Office Manager for Success on the Spectrum of Mesa. She holds a Master's of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis from Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology and Psychology from the University of Northern Iowa. She has worked in the ABA field for over 6 years, most recently in managerial roles that oversee daily operations. Her efforts have also focused on the creation of clinical environments that maximize clinical outcomes for children and that provides for effective support and mentoring of clinical staff. Valerie’s earlier experience includes her role as a Behavior Technician providing clients with one-on-one therapy sessions in their homes and clinics, and conducting functional behavioral assessments.

Randy
Co-Owner

Randy is a co-owner and CEO with his son, Ted, of Success on the Spectrum of Mesa. Randy is an attorney and partner in a Salt Lake City law firm with over four decades of experience in estate planning, asset protection, business succession, special needs planning, and estate-tax planning. He holds a law degree from Pepperdine University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Brigham Young University. Randy has had experience as an attorney working with families that have children with special needs. That perspective has helped shape the framework and development of SOS. He is married, has five children and ten grandchildren, and resides in the Salt Lake City area.
