Cameras throughout the center (over 30) provide for real-time transparency and feedback on therapy. Each child is paired with a dedicated behavior technician ensuring personalized therapy with a one-to-one staff ratio. Additionally, we emphasize safe behavior by redirecting children’s actions to ensure their safety. Our therapists are skilled in guiding children away from potentially harmful behaviors and encouraging positive actions. This proactive approach helps maintain a secure environment for everyone. Our staff is trained in safety procedures and behavior-management techniques, creating a secure and engaging atmosphere.
